WHERE WE WORK
Garden City is a village of well-built older homes on carefully kept streets, and many of them were laid out for a different way of living. Blake & Dane works here on full renovations where the plan changes: walls come down, plumbing moves, and kitchens and baths are rebuilt around how a family actually lives. Many Garden City families also keep a summer house in Point Lookout, so the work follows them to the South Shore. Every project involves construction scope.
