New York City projects require a different kind of precision. The constraints are real: building boards, co-op rules, limited access, neighbors on every wall. Blake & Dane works within those constraints without treating them as excuses. Construction-based design in Manhattan and Brooklyn means understanding what the building will allow and making the best possible decisions inside that envelope. The listening standard applies here as much as anywhere.
